What is the purpose of the Check'In alarm?
The Check'In alarm is a device composed of a connected Check'In unit and a mobile application: Check'In. Equipped with embedded artificial intelligence, the Check'In alarm secures the areas to be protected by detecting suspicious vibrations and alerts before a break-in occurs.
The Check'In unit is autonomous and does not require connection, electricity, or Wi-Fi. It operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. It can be installed in the most remote locations with weak network coverage (e.g., countryside, basement...) and is compatible with all types of doors: standard doors, garage doors...
How does the Check'In alarm work?
The Check'In unit is equipped with a SIM card that relies on LTE-M and NB-IoT networks to communicate with the Artifeel server and the mobile application. It operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, powered by two CR17500 3V Li-MnO2 batteries with a two-year lifespan.
The Check'In sensors continuously analyse vibrations affecting the opening on which the unit is installed. Using embedded artificial intelligence, it differentiates between normal openings and intrusion attempts. Thus, no activation or deactivation is required; monitoring is continuous.
When an intrusion attempt is detected, a pre-recorded voice warns intruders that the site is protected. A 15-second audio clip is then recorded, and the alarm sounds for three minutes. Simultaneously, you are notified of the attempted break-in on your mobile phone (via the application you downloaded and/or by SMS and/or email).

Installing the Check'In alarm
Installing the Check'In alarm takes less than three minutes. Simply download the Check'In application and follow the displayed instructions. Then, attach your Check'In unit to the opening of the area to be protected using the two adhesive strips on the back of the Check'In. No connection is required.
