If your Check'In Pro 2 appears as disconnected, it means that its latest functionality check failed. Therefore, events that occurred after the previous function check will not be reported in your Check'In app. To bring your Check'In Pro 2 back online, follow these steps:
1 Press the button on the right side of the Check'In Pro 2 three times. This will force a connection, and the sensor's LED will flash slowly in blue/white. Wait about 5 minutes before checking the event history of your Check'In Pro 2 in your Check'In app. A function check as well as the latest events from the Check'In Pro 2 should appear in the history.
2 If your Check'In Pro 2 remains offline, check that the batteries are sufficiently charged. If not, replace them with new batteries of the same model (CR17500 3V Li-MnO2). You can purchase them by contacting us here.
💡 To find the battery level of your Check'In Pro 2 in your Check'In app, tap on the profile of your sensor. The battery level is displayed above the box showing the number of openings in the day or month.
💡 If your sensor is in Standard mode and the siren is activated, you can also test the batteries by testing the Check'In Pro 2. To do this, tap about ten times on the sensor until the LED lights up in green. Once the Check'In Pro 2 detects an intrusion attempt, an audio announcement will warn that the site is protected. If the sound quality is poor, this means the battery level is too low.
3 Remove, then reinsert the batteries in your Check'In Pro 2. The sensor's LED should soon flash slowly in blue/white, indicating that the Check'In Pro 2 is searching for a connection.
💡 If, after waiting one minute, the LED does not light up, it is likely that the batteries are too low. Refer to step number 2.
