If you are unable to access your Check'In app, please follow the following steps:
1 Check that your app is up to date. To do this, go to the App Store (for iOS users) or the Play Store (for Android users). If, on the Check'In app page, you see the "Update" button instead of "Open", it means that it is not up to date. Tap the button to get the latest version of the app.
2 Make sure your username and password are correct and that you have Wi-Fi or 4G/5G network.
3 Force close the app.
🍎 For iOS users, go to the home screen of your phone, then swipe up from the bottom of the screen pausing once you reach the middle of the screen. Then, swipe right or left to access the Check'In app. Finally, swipe up to force close the app.
🤖 For Android users, go to the "Settings" of your phone > "Applications" > "Check'In" > "Force Stop".
4 If step 3 is not enough, delete the application, restart your phone, then download the application again.
