Understanding how the Check'In works
If you haven't selected real-time detection mode, it's normal for the Check'In not to transmit normal events (openings and closings) in real time. The sensor only connects once a day to transmit these events to ensure two years of autonomy.
To view events from the last 24 hours, you'll need to wait for the Check'In to perform its daily operational check. To find out the time when this check occurs each day, go to your Check'In app and then to "Events." The operational check takes place every day at the same time.
What to do if no events appear in my history?
First, check if the Check'In LED lights up green when your door opens or closes.
If not, your Check'In may not be activated. To resolve this, perform a quick double tap on the button located to the right of the Check'In. You should hear an activation melody.
During the next openings and closings of your door, the LED will now flash green. Events will appear during the next event update, at the latest within 24 hours.
If, despite these actions, you still don't see events appearing in your history, please contact our customer service.
