You can contact our support team via our Help Center and the Check'In app.
Via the Help Center
Click on "Submit a request" at the top of the page.
Enter your email address, the subject, and the description of your request, then click "Submit". You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your request and the reference number for it.
Via the Check'In app
Go to the main menu of the app. Tap on the circle with the question mark, then on the logo at the top right representing a sheet and a pencil.
Select the Check'In you are interested in.
Write your message, then tap on "Send".
