Usually, the Check'In LED flashes green when the device detects a vibration (for example, when you knock on the door). However, it may sometimes behave differently, flashing red once instead of green.
This means the Check'In's battery is too low and can no longer connect to the network. To start receiving alerts and your alarm event history again, remember to replace the batteries.

❗ This behavior only occurs in Check'In devices with a software version of 4.5.0 or higher and in Check'In 2 and Check'In Pro 2 devices with a software version of 6.1.3 or higher.
